Returns

Customers may return items for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. If customer purchased expedited shipping (UPS Next Day or UPS 2 Day), unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund or store credit for that amount.  Please ensure that your returned items are not worn, washed, or damaged.

Should the return be due to incorrect sizing, the customer pays the shipping costs and we'll ship back the new items at no cost.  If the customer changes his mind on the purchase, shipping will be paid by the customer and the return will be a store credit.

For damaged items or any errors from our part we'll be sending by email a return label at no cost for the customer (National orders only) or a full refund. Please provide a photo of any possible damage. 

If your item is not received within 30 days, or is received damaged, we will charge your original form of payment.

International Returns

For international returns customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping a return back to us.  Returns must be made within 45 days of the order date, please send your return to the address listed below.  Full refund for any damaged or mistaken items on our part.  We are unable to issue a refund or store credit for the cost of international shipping, only the value of the goods originally purchased.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging and free of any odors or pet hair (by unworn, we mean items may not be worn for an extended “outing.”) 

Returns must be received at our address within 30 days from the date of transaction.
